La presente herramienta, todo material de la misma, y su contenido [incluyendo, de manera enunciativa y no limitativa, la primera Batería Neuropsicológica Digital Infantil en español y con valores de referencias latinoamericanos, un software que se compone de un conjunto de pruebas digitales (“tests”) destinadas a evaluar las funciones neuropsicológicas en niños y jóvenes, la idea original, idea de proyecto, formato, diseño, estructura, disposición y forma de presentación de los contenidos, textos, cuestionarios, preguntas, manuales, instructivos, ilustraciones, imágenes, arte gráfico, fotografías, videos, películas, música, archivos de audio, software, aplicaciones, Software as a Services (“SaaS”), vestido comercial “trade dress”, marcas de productos y servicios, nombres de productos, nombres comerciales, logotipos, productos, diseños de productos o servicios, sitios y materiales de página web y redes sociales, (en adelante, la “Herramienta”)] son propiedad de BANEDI.
A menos que se indique lo contrario en forma previa, expresa y por escrito, BANEDI se reserva todos los derechos sobre la Herramienta, el material relativo a la misma y todos sus contenidos, que se encuentran además protegidos por las leyes nacionales y los tratados internacionales de Derechos de Autor y de Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial.
La utilización o reproducción de la Herramienta, el material relativo a la misma y cualesquiera de sus contenidos, en todo o en parte, su distribución, transformación, comunicación pública, puesta a disposición y, en general, cualquier otro uso y/o acto de explotación de la Herramienta y/o de su material y/o de sus contenidos, sea o no con fin de lucro, así como cualquier forma de alteración, transformación o modificación, en todo o en parte, y el copiado y/o creación o preparación de obras derivadas de la Herramienta, sin el previo consentimiento por escrito de BANEDI, está estrictamente prohibida. Asimismo, la posesión de una copia de la Herramienta, del material de la misma o de su contenido, no supone cesión o transferencia alguna de derechos de autor o derecho de propiedad alguno. Está prohibido transferir, ceder, vender, arrendar o disponer o utilizar de cualquier otra forma la Herramienta, el material de la misma y su contenido, en forma total o parcial, con o sin fines de lucro, sin el consentimiento previo y escrito del titular de los derechos, BANEDI.

This tool, all of its material and its content [including, but not limited to, the first Children's Digital Neuropsychological Battery in Spanish and with Latin American reference values, a software that consists of a set of digital tests ("tests") intended to evaluate neuropsychological functions in children and young people, the original idea, project idea, format, design, structure, arrangement and form of presentation of contents, texts, questionnaires, questions, manuals, guidelines, illustrations, images, graphic art, photographs, videos, films, music, audio files, software, applications, Software as a Services ("SaaS"), trade dress, product and service brands, product names, trade names, logos, products, product or service designs, websites and materials of the website and social networks (hereinafter, the "Tool")] are the property of BANEDI.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, BANEDI reserves all rights to the Tool, the material related to it and all its contents, which are also protected by national laws and international treaties on Copyright and Intellectual and Industrial Property.
The use or reproduction of the Tool, the material related to it and any of its contents, in whole or in part, its distribution, transformation, public communication, making available and, in general, any other use and/or act of exploitation of the Tool and/or its material and/or its contents, whether or not for profit, as well as any form of alteration, transformation or modification, in whole or in part, and the copying and/or creation or preparation of derivative works of the Tool, without the prior written consent of BANEDI, is strictly prohibited. Likewise, the possession of a copy of the Tool, the material therein or its contents, does not imply any assignment or transfer of any copyright or proprietary right. It is forbidden to transfer, assign, sell, lease or dispose of or use in any other way the Tool, its material and its contents, in whole or in part, with or without profit, without the prior written consent of the owner of the rights, BANEDI.
